You may choose to change or upgrade your SMASH! Tickets before online sales close on Sunday 18th June, 2023 at 11:59pm AEST (UTC +10:00) or SMASH! 2023 tickets sell out. Changes and upgrades will not be available after the closing date. Please consider your order carefully when you upgrade as the process cannot be reversed.

The following changes or upgrades are allowed:

• Saturday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Sunday Day Pass ($40.00*)
• Sunday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Saturday Day Pass ($40.00*)
• Saturday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Weekend Pass ($55.00*)
• Sunday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Weekend Pass ($55.00*)
• Single pass of any type → Multiple passes of any type (does not have to be the same type)

All tickets are non-transferable to the following year.

Purchased tickets are transferable to other individuals with no extra fees incurred. Name change requests can be made by logging in to your SMASH! account, selecting the individual tickets and changing the ticket details.

Name changes to tickets must be made before online sales close on Sunday 18th June, 2023 at 11:59pm AEST (UTC +10:00).
