This year’s Cosplay Mannequin Display 2023 will be based on Manga/Animes/Games that are focused or related to the Moon. So if you have a Cosplay or just want to participate, now is your chance!

All you need to do is to fill out this simple application and after applications have closed we will get back to you and let you know if you’ve made it!

Beware there are limited spots available so get in fast to be able to win yourself a free weekend pass to this year’s SMASH! Convention 2023.

Conditions:

• You must be available on Friday 30th of June (the day before SMASH!) from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM to set up your cosplay.
• Your cosplay will need to remain on display until the convention closes on Sunday 2nd of July. Display sign out and pick-up is from 6:10pm until 7:00 PM on Sunday.
• Your Cosplay will be behind barriers and a ‘No Touch’ policy will apply.
• The venue is monitored by security and will be locked down after every day.
• Neither SMASH! nor the venue will hold responsibility for any possible damage to your Cosplay.
• Successful applicants will receive a complimentary weekend pass.
